Lizzy Integrates with Channel Advisor

Lizzy now interfaces with Channel Advisor to pull your new orders from your Channel Advisor account to Lizzy. The setup process is quick & easy.

  • From your Lizzy database, go to Settings  >  Webstore  >  Setup Webstore Interface.
  • Add Channel Advisor as an interface. Under the Delimiter heading, choose Channel Advisor from the drop down menu. SAVE.

  • Click on the radio button beside the Channel Advisor webstore interface. At the bottom of the page, click on the button labeled “Grant Access.”

  • Another window will open for you to log in to Channel Advisor. Enter your user name & password, then click Log In.

  • You will be taken to another screen that asks you to grant access to Lizzy. This is so your orders can be pulled into Lizzy automatically when you go to Invoicing  >  General Invoices  >  Webstore Orders and select Channel Advisor from the drop down menu.
  • Once you have granted Lizzy access, your Lizzy screen will change to a green checkmark, showing that you have successfully completed setting up your Channel Advisor account to link with Lizzy.
