New CRM Overview video 11.29.2009
I’ve uploaded a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) video this weekend that covers that latest version of Lizzy and provides a basic overview of the processes involved in using it. The CRM system is the central element to better managing your business and improving profitability. Happier customers results in happier owners. Being able to return phone calls, schedule meetings and log tickets in order to keep track of customers needs are all important aspects of running a successful business. Of course, invoicing, inventory control and the rest have their parts as well, but if you can’t keep up with the customers and their needs in an orderly fashion, the other things won’t be used nearly as much.
